My PC has become infected with the above. I get repeated security breach warnings and the offer to purchase 'Antispyware soft' which is clearly bogus. PC connects to the internet by itself and repeatedly directs to porn sites. Microsoft Office is also blocked from opening. I have dpwnloaded various spyware - these are also blocked from opening. I need a step-by-step 'idiots' guide please - or some downloadable software that won't be blocked.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
