i keep getting "Windows Connot Access the specified Device, Path, or File. You May not have the approprite permission to access the item" but im the admin.

Sounds like you have a virus or hard drive is going bad ! Run a virus scan and chkdsk on your hard drive and let us know !

managaed 2 run virus scan found 2 trojans but i cant seem 2 get rid of them, the files are
