Blank gray screen

While on the internet, this frequently begins to happen. My web page goes all gray on my screen, except for about 1/2 inch on top with the web site heading. I cant refresh, F5, or anything. There are no buttons available to do anything, just blank gray screen. My only choice is to just close the screen and open up Firefox again.

Does anyone have any ideas on what this is?

I have backed up my stuff in case its crashing. I have run all of my anti virus stuff twice. I have defragged also.

I have the new Firefox and Vista.

How Do I do this?

1. Press the PrtSc/SysRq at the top of your keyboard (look at illustration below)



2. Open MS Paint

3. Press Ctrl+V so that the screen shot goes into paint.

4. Save your picture as JPG
