HELP!!! bankerfox + more

hi all...
i do hope someone can help, we seem to have a bug a really big bug grrrr
it wont let me open any anti virus software or cleaners.. when i first turn the pc on AVG kicks in and tells me i have win32/nuquel.E and bankerfox...(thats double duch to me )
i think i may have more but not to sure, (i'm not very good on a pc,)...
i have tried to run scans but it just wont let me open anything, PLEASE help
simple english please so i can understand lol x

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.

but i have managed to save the lappy..a friend turned up and save the day,
i will keep you in my favorites for any problems i get in the future...
