green pixels on monitor screen

help pls
I seem to have green pixels showing on my monitor. as the pc is used it goes worse has anybody had this problem and what, can I do to rectify the problem

Seems to be a video card issue.

Yup, try reinstalling your video card driver. .You also need to take out the video card from your motherboard and insert it again (of course if its not onboard). Let us know whether this works or not.

Also would you be kind enough to mention your system configuration.
