Have you installed new hardware recently?

Seems your hardware is not responding properly or drivers are having issues!

Try booting into safemode w\network support and try updating through windows update!

The only new hardware i have installed was 2 months ago and these problems didn't start happening until about a month ago. Windows will not start in safe mode with networking or any other safe mode. The computer just shuts off. I have recently bought system mechanic 9. It helped a little with speed and it doesn't crash as easily. I am able to use windows but when i am online or try to watch a movie it crashes. Is there anyway to find out which driver it is? I'm sorry i am quick to admit I am not very teck savy. When i do goto windows update it tells me there are no updates available.

I also have recently updated java, intel(using their driver tool), my graphix card, adobe, windows just about everything someone that is not technically inclined, like myself, can think of.

"my graphix card" and I bet you updated the drivers a month ago right? Try going into safemode and let us know if you crash!

O.k.. It took a couple of times tryin but regular safemode did open for me. I played a movie and it ran all the way through! But in response to your question I updated my graphix card after these problems started to occur. All those updates were made after the problem occured in attempts to fix it. The last thing that i installed was my usb internet card. I have thought that this may be my problem but I have updated the driver on it too. I found it very odd that safemode played a movie because this has not been possible before.
