backdoor.tidserv help.

Hello, I ran a virus scan on Norton Anti-Virus 10. It found that I had backdoor.tidserv, trojan horse, and bloodhound.pdf.13. The last two were removed, but it said to restart for the backdoor.tidserv. I decided to google it before restarting and found that restarting wasn't really going to do anything. I tried installing combofix, but it told me it wasn't compatible with vista. I went through the forums and have used hijack this to get both the uninstall list and the other log that I can't recall what it's called. (sorry.) Please help?

• Under the Programs click Uninstall a Program
  
• Highlight the following:
  
  Java(TM) 6 Update 7
  Viewpoint Media Player
  
  
• Click on the Uninstall/Change button at the top.
