Backdoor.tidserv!inf & win32.tidserv

My wife downloaded the hdtvplayer3.5.exe from hdtvplayer.com, and subsequently released a nasty compilation of crap onto her computer. I've removed what I could via standard norton scans (corporate edition) and malware bytez. Side effects from this virus combo were browser hijacking, flash drive inoperability, system reboot loops, etc. I've competely reformatted her computer and it's not on the network yet. As it stands right now, I have 2 machines networked via a router. The primary machine I'm on is connected but the mule computer is offline while I await some assistance. I have a large external 250GB usb drive that seems to be infected as whenever I use it on a machine, something happens.

I'm ultimately looking for assistance in doing the following in this order:

1) Cleaning my current machine so I may continue using it while we work on the rest.
2) Cleaning the mule computer and the external hard drive. I'll leave the external HDD attached to that computer so any viruses on it are contained, I don't really care about that system so we can dick with it all we want.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please download Flash_Disinfector from HERE

• First, download it to your desktop.
  
• Now double click it to run it and will tell it you what to do when you open it.
  
• It will temporarily kill explorer.exe and your desktop will go blank.
  
• Let Flash_Disinfector do it's job and it will restart explorer.exe for you.
  
• It will make a dummy autorun.inf in the root of every drive.
  
• You can now delete Flash_Disinfector.exe.
  

What problems remain?

Flash drive is clean. I'm running antivirus scan + malware bytes scan now. I'll let you know if anything is detected.

From the uninstall log, we need to update Java.

Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java:

• Download the latest version of Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 11.
  
• Select the first option where it says "Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 11".
  
• Click the "Download" button to the right.
  
• In the Window that opens, select your platform and language, check the "agree" box, and click Continue.
  
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save to your desktop.
  
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add or Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  - Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs:
  - Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
  - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
  - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
  
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  
• Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  
• Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u11-windows-i586-p.exe that you downloaded to install the newest version.
  

Please make sure the new version of Java is installed before you run JavaRa.

• First, unzip it.
  
• Then run JavaRa.
  
• Select English from the drop down menu and press Select.
  
• This will open JavaRa.
  
• Press Remove older versions
  
• Press yes to the prompt.
  
• It will make a log file of what it's removed.
  
• Copy and paste the log back here.
