Hello.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

    Ask Toolbar

Please download Firefox 3.5.6 and install it. It will install over version 3.0 you currently have installed, so you won't lose any bookmarked websites.

How is the machine running now?
