How do I remove intsecureprof2009 virus when unable to run any .exe file?????

This is an nasty virus!!! I cannot run ANY .exe file even from a flash drive. I cannot boot in safe mode. I can't run task manager or any other file without getting the error message directing me the the bogus antivirus software. I can't run regedit or msconfig... Help!!!! I have downloaded about every file suggested on the forum but as I said and .exe file will not run at all. What are my options?

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
