How do I remove intsecureprof2009 virus

I can not access anything on my computer. Anytime I try to open a program I get an error message that the computer is infected and I need to run antivirus program.

• Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  
• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
