windows security alerT virus

I have a PC with vista OS. I am getting this windows securyt alert popup that won't let me open any programs. Damn spyware. I rAn my computer in safe mode and ran malware adbytes program but it has not worked any other ideas? Thanks

I see that you are running Limewire.
P2P(Peer to peer) applications are designed to help you easily share and distribute files between you and a group of people. But they can also be used to distribute malware, and thus are not considered safe.
The removal of these programs is optional, but highly recommended.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

How is the machine running now?

it will not let me uninstall.. it is saying that windows installer was not installed properly. I am running in safe mode. does this make a difference

i deleted all the java files but could not delete the limewire program. i rebooted the computer but the damn AVPro virus still persists
