green av virus

i have the green av virus that has pop ups saying my computer has virus and i tried to uninstall but it tells me there was a error i have even tried to redownload the program so i could delete it but it still says error! [b]PLEAS help me.

• Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  
• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
