Anti Virus System Pro

Hi,

My PC has been infected by AntiVirus System PRO - lots of extremely irritating pop ups, poor system performance and it won't allow me to run anti virus programs such as Norton etc. I've tried downloading other anti virus programs, however it won't let me run those either. I've tried a couple of things recommended on GeekPoice without success. Please help!!
