ok so heres the deal i got a computer from a guy and it has windows xp pro on it but it always tells me that it could be counterfited or whatever after i boot it up, and i have a windows xp home edition disc but i have seemed to of lost the key to it. so what can i do? and i do have 2 computers and 2 windows xp home edition discs but one has no key and the other one i cant use cause its already on the other computer.

All I can really suggest is phone Microsoft and explain the situation and hopefully they will give you a replacement key.
