Antivirus System PRO

Not sure how I got this. I am a complete and total novice with this stuff. I have Malware Bites on my computer, but ever since I got this virus/program, I cannot open any programs (no antivirus, no spyware blasters, I cannot even open some "regular" programs and I cannot find it in my "add/remove programs list). I tried following the tips you put in the "Read before posting" at the top of the page, but it won't let me download anything, open anything (they all have errors) and I have pop ups happening every 1-2 minutes.

I've tried to update my Windows stuff and even that won't happen.

I am completely lost and I am needing to get my computer back for work purposes.

• Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  
• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
