Determining which antispware/virus to keep

Hello, I am a fairly new member and I hope this reaches the tech support staff. I recently had the Win32/cryptor virus and was finally able to remove it. While attempting to remove it and following varied instructions I have downloaded AVG 8.5 Free edition, Prevx v3.0, SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. AVG and Prevx were the only applications that seemed to even find the Cryptor virus (AVG could not remove it, Prevx would only remove if I paid) I most definitely want to remove Prevx but the creators of it have made it hard to uninstall. Can you advise on the best means of getting this removed???


Also of the remaining 3 I have read in passing that having this many antivirus/spyware programs may cause each other to conflict or hamper the other. Which you suggest I uninstall and which should I keep or is safe to keep the remaining three programs.
