trouble uninstalling program

1. i recently had some virus issues and trying everything i could to get rid of them, i dl'd a trial of F-Secure. my virus/malware issues are now cleared up (thanks to geekpolice, might i add) and i am having no luck uninstalling the trial. it attempts to load every time the pc is rebooted and gives me the option for uninstall, but it does not do anything. it's not listed in 'add/remove programs', i've tried running the uninstall from the file folder with no luck, and i've tried redownloading it to replace files that may be missing so i could complete the uninstall - foiled again.

2. then there's the matter of my video card fried a few months ago and i'm using the onboard now. every time i boot the pc, i'm asked whether to 'run' or 'cancel' the files vttimer.exe and vtrayp.exe, which i am lead to believe are related to the video card. which one, i am not sure... but i would really like to prevent these from popping up every time the pc is booted because nothing else will load up until i've either run or canceled these requests.

these two issues drive me nuts... i mean, i'd really like my pc to boot up without delays. thanks in advance!!!

What is the exact message asking you to cancel or run the files? Best if you could post a screenshot.
