Hello, I am new here. I hope you can help me like you have the others. I kept receiving this Personal Anti-Virus Critical warning messages, deleted it the Persoanl Anti-Virus icon off my desk top (I dont't know how it got there), placed in in my recycle bin and emptied it out. I no longer get the pop ups... but how can I assure myself that I got rid of it? How do I get rid of it for good. Please advise. Thanks.
