Every time i start the comp i get about 20 black windows sayin C:\WINDOWS\system32\desot.exe.
I have tried to delete the desot file but I am unable to due to it saying it is being used. I have tried to restore in safe mode but I cannot due to it saying it I am not the administrator but this is a home computer.
I deleted a few files that were created at the same time the desot.exe file was created.
Need your help.
When I try to open anything it will not let me and the window pops up with the above.

Here is what came up with system look and I think I was able to delete Desot but now I have the problem that when I try to install anything I receive an error message "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
This is my own PC and I am the administrator.
Thanks for helping.
