yea the computer is new it happened after comcast set up the internet at ma house

pc doesnt stay ON
infected with maleware and my computer is infected with whole bunch of virues
WINDOWS 7 Doesnt Shut Down
winbluesoft i need the cure someone please help!!
Install Ram Doesnt work...?
