Primary DNS can't connect & I was told it's a virus..Please Help!!!

My friend gave me a laptop that runs Windows Vista. The wireless connected perfectly to the internet for awhile then it stopped. I keep getting Primary DNS can't connect with an option to repair, which I do and it just keeps going in that circle. It tries to repair but can't. Or at times I'll turn the computer on and it connects right away to the net with no problems or I turn it on and it won't connect then a half hour later it does. I posted a request for help some where else (I know, I'm sorry! ) with the ipconfig/all log and was told that a virus is reassigning numbers to something and causing the computer not to connect to the net. Every now and then my AVG will pop up with something but it's normally labeled as a "tracking cookie". I have attached my ipconfig/all log as well as the hijack this log. I should also mention that the computer won't let me install ad aware and I can't run hijack this unless I'm in safe mode. Please help!!!!

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
