System Security 2009 problems

Hi,

I am having an issue with my computer that causes it to boot up and less than five minutes later have the blue screen pop up and say a problem has been detected and windows has been shut-down to prevent damage to your computer. It then starts up again and repeats the process. The only way I can make this stop is my going into safe mode where I don't encounter any issues. I also should mention that after the computer first started doing this, pop-ups about system security came up and my desktop backgroud got changed and all of the other syptoms of System Security 2009. While I had this, after running MBAM and Super-anti Spyware free edition, I was able to get rid of all symptoms except the computer turning off and restarting like it did in the beginning. I also want to note that when the actual virus was popping up on my computer, I had no issues with it turning off. Thanks in advance.

I also want to add that my internet has been directing to websites which I did not want to go to and that sometimes a box saying that you have virus and malware software asking you to download system security. Mind you, this comes up when I am in safe mode.
