Personal Anti virus malware & trojanhorse generic14.bsl...please help

I got personal antivirus & can not get rid of it. I tried myself to get rid of being downloaded malwarebytes thru a post i found on google that directed me to your website but it did not work. I keep getting pop ups from the personal antivirus. I also have avg & it keeps tell me i have threat detected for a trojanhorse generic14.bsl.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

I ran this same program 2-3 times yesterday & twice today. The 1st time I did it the program did find infections & I quarrtined them. I ran it 2 other times yesterday it found nothing. I ran it again today before i sent the 1st message & it found nothing but on the 2nd attempt after you told me to run again it found 5 results but i still can not get rid of the malware.

Hello, there is a new version of Malwarebytes, please update malwarebytes and post the log back here.

I think after the last scan from the malwarebytes link I did from the previous tech got rid of it. I had to leave & shut my computer down for about 3 hours & when I just started it up again I do not have the personal antivirus pop up that I kept getting upon start up. I hope it is gone for good but if I still have anymore trouble I will repost through this post again. thank you for your help.
