system security malware

Hey guys. I got infected with System Security Malware. It's quite the piece of Malware. The only program I can run in normal mode is internet explorer. I cannot even run note pad. In safe mode, I have run Hijack This. Here is my log.

Hey guys. I withdraw my questions. My malware is gone. I read through some threads on here, and followed the instructions given by the geek police. Once I downloaded and ran Combofix, my malware problems went away.

I am officially indebited to the geek police forums, Hijack This, and sUBs and his Combofix program.
