WinBlueSoft...please help!

My computer is infected with WinBlueSoft, and there is nothing I can do to get rid of it. I already tried downloading Malwarebytes, but the virus won't let me open it.
The virus also blocks me off from other virus-protection sites.

• When Hijack This opens, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
  
• Then select "Open Uninstall Manager"

• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
