System security is still giving me some trouble

So I followed the first few steps that you give most people in order to remove this malware. I ran icesword, deleted the two random numbered .exes in the local machine registry key, and the system infected warnings were still popping up. So after restarting my computer I was able to run hijackthis, and my log file is below. Next steps? Also, thank you, it's really awesome that you dedicate your time to this.:

Then drag and drop CFScript.txt into combofix as seen below:


This will open combofix again, agree to it's terms and allow it to run.
It may want to reboot after it's done. (It will warn you if it wants to)

Is utorrent going to be deleted?

We ask that users remove P2P programs because they are dangerous, what your downloading maybe infected and P2P programs are one of the biggest sources of infections.

We recommend that you remove it, but your call.
