when did the graphic request requirements change

when i made my signiture and avatar request, the guidelines asked that at least 20 posts have been made by me.
But i notice sometime in my absense it has changed to 100 posts!
Sorry but i am curious, why? Why should you have to spend more than a few weeks looking for things on geekpolice to post comments to? I am only on 47 now i think. and i have replied to quite a lot of things.
i just think 100 is a bit ridiculous, i would have thought 50 or 40 to be a more reasonable request?

Well, your opinion have been taken into consideration and be have decreased the requirement for the amount of post to 50.

You see, recently we faced a problem of a few punks wanting to take advantage of GeekPolice graphic request to do request for others on other forum and claim credit for themselves. Since it was a complicated matter, we decided to put off his interest in this graphics request section. And true enough it worked. Now he has stopped 'spamming' and probably left for good.
