WinBlue Soft Help Please

I've checked all other topics for help but I still can't do anything. WinBlueSoft does not allow me to run any programs (even taskmgr, regedit, etc) at all except for opening folders. It blocks any spyware remover even when I have it on a USP. I've tried running those programs like Avenger and Malwarebytes in Safe Mode but even Safe Mode does not allow me to run anything whatsoever expect opening folders (so I'm guessing it' preventing me from running any .exe). I would post a hijack log but the computer will block that program. What do I do?

Try renaming the installer for Hijack This.
Doesn't matter what you rename it to, just as long as it's not got it's default name.

So I downloaded the HijackThis installer on another comp since I can't use any browser on mine, changed the name and put it onto a USB. I've tried to install it on both regular mode and Safe Mode. It doesnt block the installer but the installer only installs one application. I checked Add/Remove and it doesn't have it down as installed. I've tried to install it both on the comp itself and on the USB(on my computer and the computer I'm using right now). The application isn't blocked but it does nothing. I've tried to change the name of the app and the folder of the app but it still does not open.

except that I still can't run Avenger or Hijack this.

I do have Trend Micro Internet Security though, but the computer wont let me use the installation disk.

There's are other users across other forums I've been watching to see what idea other helpers come up with, because whatever this is, it's resistant to our tools.

Save the report when it's finished:
1.Once Counterspy has done scanning,the 'Scan Results' box will appear.
2.Click on 'View Results'.

5.Once everything has been removed,click on 'View Details'.
6.Copy and Paste those details into a Word/Text document,then save it to your desktop.

K, so I tried both safe mode and regular mode but safe mode does nothing to let me install it and regular mode blocks the install program (when I try and run the install program it blocks the name cess cess cess). I tried renaming it but it won't work and the CounterSpy doesn't let me directly install it to the USB.

Do you think manually removing some WinBlueSoft files would work (except registry since I can't regedit)?

I very much doubt that would help, I've only a brief idea where some of the files are located.

Delete this file(s) in bold (if you can/if it lets you)

It gave me the "File is write-protected...currently in use" message for the Setup2. I couldn't find the ieocx.dll.

Just been practising something on my virtual machine. There's another way to edit the registry without using the regedit or regedt32

It will show you the internet as soon as it opens, so no need to explain that bit.
Allow it to run until it's done, then when it's tells you that MGTools.zip is in the C: drive, upload it to mediafire.com for me to see.

Comp still isn't letting me open an internet browser so I tried transferring the MG Tools onto the infected computer and it's doing nothing.

I was wrong about the location of that ieocx file

Delete these two files in bold:
C:\Windows\ieocx.dll
C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\winav.exe <== might be called sysav.exe too

I couldn't find the files. I tried searching to but no dice. Here's something new though. When my computer forces me to log off every 5min, I log back in and it says I have a corrupted file in
C:/Documents and Settings/Username/Local Settings/Temp.

And along with that, I can use some basic programs like iTunes but still nothing else helpful.

Lets give this a go, but I doubt it will work.

Please close all anti virus, anti malware and any other open programs/windows so they do not interfere with the running of RootRepeal.

I couldn't run it but someone PM'd me and the said they checked their drive for all files modified on the infection date and got rid of files and he is now able to run .exe. I think I'm going to give this a try unless you disagree.

Worth a try, but note down the file names and dates, one wrong move and there goes your OS, you'll trash it if you delete a needed system file.

I was wrong about that winav file located.

1. Open My Computer.
   
2. Go to Tools > Folder Options.
   
3. Select the View tab.
   
4. Scroll down to Hidden files and folders.
   
5. Select Show hidden files and folders.
   
6. Uncheck (untick) Hide extensions of known file types.
   
7. Uncheck (untick) Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
   
8. Click Yes when prompted.
   
9. Click OK.
   
10. Close My Computer.
    

Now follow this path and see if winav is present here.

C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\winav.exe

If so, delete it.

I couldn't find any winav or sysav so I'm trying to find and delete those files. I'll post back with an update.

OK, I deleted most of the .exe and .dll files on that day. They were all found in windows and system32 folder. I can now use my internet browser on the infected computer but it won't work after I had to reboot. I can't run hijack this but it's letting me run MGTools. The only files left from that day are:

I could dl MG Tools on Regular Mode and could use an internet browser and it worked for about 5 until it gave me the blue screen.
I tried again on Safe Mode Networking but it still won't let me run any .exe or anything of the sort. Up until that point, I had been trying to use a USB and if it failed I trid to directly install the programs on the USB itself but nothing works.

Yeah, the blinking normally happens.
The registry values should be killed off now, see if you can run anything you haven't been able to.

No dice. I tried all the programs you posted and Avenger but no response. I did manage to delete all the .dll files I listed before except for blocker.dll

Try and delete blocker.dll now.

It won't delete blocker.dll but the .inf is letting me running my browser. I also dl'd CounterSpy and installing it right now. Counterspy won't scan because I don't have any risk definitions.

Update: OK I deleted blocker.dll. I'm running MGTools again, do you want me to upload the .zips to mediafire?

Blocker.dll is gone. I can run taskmgr and regedit. It still won't let me run Hijack This but the computer doesn't auto reboot for me anymore.

I can install Hijack This and Malwarebytes but after installation it won't let me run it.
Also, I checked the Registry Keys and found 2 setup2's. Both are in the Windows folder, should I delete?

The registry value? yes, delete it.

Alright, I deleted all the setup2 values but only CounterSpy works but won't let me update definitions for threats so I can't use it.

Them few files you deleted, I don't know what they are, but there's hundreds of them. There's also a rootkit, which I suspect is causing all these problems.

Are you able to run regedit.exe, or regedt32.exe?

I can run regedit in Run, but don't know how to run regedit32.

I also have a new way to go. The logs come with a proper Hijack This log, meaning the Hijack This that is included in MGTools was able to run.

Open this folder in bold:

Inside there, there is a file called "Analyze.exe", try running it for me, does it run?
