can't do much in safe mode either

i was able to run malwarebyte in safe mode but it didnt remove the hijacker virus and i still cant get online in safe mode or normal boot mode, and win blue soft is still preventing me from doin anything in normal boot mode dont have a clue as to how to remove it cuz i cant get online to follw the steps suggested for hhijack this log
