which graphic card?

hi, i'm thinking of buying a new PC with a good graphics card for playing all the latest games, although i'm on a budget and so, wont be spending much on a graphics card but still need a good one,
i've narrowed it down to these choices, either Radeon HD4670, or 9500GT, i know 4670 is much better but i've heard that there are problems with ATI drivers, also, can the 4670 play all cool games or will i have to go for 9600GT, although that is slightly outta the budget,
i'm thinking of buying this PC in June, will the 9600 prices come down by then

In june? wait till july as that is when the first DX11 graphic card are out. If u want it sooner, u can wait till the HD4770 comes out. Its performance is similar to the HD4850 but u save alot more power.






Its a direct comparison to reference HD4850's performance (HD4850 = Amplitude)
I cant really comment on the price but AMD said mentioned trying to release it at around 99USD as it is designed for budget cautious gamer.
