unable to delete folder files and empty recycle bin

i already tried deleting d folder in safe mode but it still doesn't work, it says that the directory is not empty, it got some files in it but theyre all 0kbs, also i can't empty my recycle bin.+

Try this software called Unlocker:

http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

It will stop all processes which prevent it from being able to be deleted.
