Computer crashes

My computer keeps crashing with the blue screen saying "physical dump of memory" I have a a Dell Latitude D620 and use Windows XP.

This might not be a malware issue.
Lets see what this finds.

• Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:
  Link 1
  Link 2
  Link 3
  
• Double click DDS.scr to run
  
• When complete, DDS.txt will open.
  
• Save the report to your Desktop.
  
• Copy and paste DDS.txt back here, I don't need to see attach.txt.
  

It won't let me download the program, it is telling me that files are corrupt.

It could be Symantec blocking it, Symantec/Norton likes to find many things like DDS as a "malicious script", which is a false positive.

First though, lets remove Viewpiont.

I see you have Viewpoint Manager, this is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without users approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". Read this article: http://www.clickz.com/news/article.php/3561546

I suggest you remove the program now.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present.

• Viewpoint
  
• Viewpoint Manager
  
• Viewpoint Media Player
  
• Viewpoint Toolbar

Try to download DDS again once Symantec is disabled.
