Hi,
I've been using Windows Defender for my computer's protection these past few years; I've never had a problem until now. Lately, WDef has been detecting a trojan:win32:agentbypass:gen!k as severe; I do agree to have it deleted, and consequently it wants me to restart my computer in order to fully delete the harmful files. When I do restart, however, the same thing happens again. I scan the computer with WDef after it supposedly deletes the files but it finds nothing; I've recovered my computer repeatedly with Ghost, but that doesn't get rid of it either (and that usually fixes any problems I might have!). Is there anyone who knows how to get rid of this?
Thanks,
Grace
