My Windows startup is unusually slow after I got hit with a virus. When it says "Windows is starting up" it takes a couple minutes for it to load the account screen. Another few minutes for my desktop to load. Belazhur helped remove the virus and it seems like the virus did this. Also if I run programs they don't pop up on the taskbar.
