Another win32.zafi.b question!

Apologies to add to all the other threads however I have received the warning but additionally I can't get into either IE or Firefox and am unable to download anything to check it (am on an old laptop).

What can I do? Am I going to have to download something on this PC and port it across on an external drive?

Yes, if you have an external drive, you can use that.

I don't, so I guess I'd better go and get one!
