How can you run an xbox 360 through a dell laptop?

hey everyone im a student aiming to play my xbox at university but would like to avoid buying a tv licence. So if any one could give me a simple and preferably cheap option to run my xbox using my laptop screen. thanks very much

There isn't the recquired ports on the laptop to run the three inputs into any other advice

The Xbox can connect via a HDMI port, but I'm not sure if your laptop has one or even if you could get an external HDMI port. You could try shopping around to see if it's available.

Unfortunately the Xbox 360 doesn't have a DVI or RGB connection.

How about a HDMI to DVI adaptor??

aparantly after ringing a cabling company it isn't viable as laptops are not capable of recieving a solely visual and audio image as he put it you can't ask it to ignore the cocmputer thanks for your help
