Well there is no resolution for this issue as in for now
I'll try and see what I can do.
I guess this has something to do with UAC enabled. To disable it;
Open
Control Panel and
Show All Control Panel Items >> Click
User Accounts >> Click
Turn User Account Control on or offClick
Turn User Account Control on or off. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Select the
Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box to turn on UAC, or clear the check box to turn off UAC, and then click
OK.
Do you by the way have StompSoft installed?
