Trojan.Zlob.G

Hi im getting this popping up from my windows firewall. Ive scanned with AVG for virus's, windows defender, spybot S&D, and superantispyware and still nothing. Also says i shouldnt be surfing the net and wants me to download a program (wont do that).

• Close Hijack This.
  

Delete this file in bold:

• Download combofix from here, use the top links - combofix.exe
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
