Sinowal.Trojan and a few others, please help!

Okay. So I was on a website yesterday, and my computer randomly restarted. When I re-booted it, my windows firewall thing popped up saying that I have a sinowal.trojan. So I downloaded this software called "Perfect Defender", and scanned my computer. Five different threats came up. Here they are:

Spyware.RemoteSpy[B-type]
Spyware.NokKernel
Sinowal.Trojan
Hacktool.DeepUnfreeze
Dialer.Driver


Please, if anybody could tell me how to remove these, I would greatly appreciate it, as my computer is my life, and if it crashes, or I lose it, I will be devastated. • Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:

  ***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***
