Win32.Tidserv & Win32.Trojan-Gen

Belahzur, you had helped me earlier today fixing my problem with Spyware.Ispynow. Everything seemed to be good but I ran some scans to make sure and flush everything out. SAS and MBAM checked out fine, but Avast found 4 new infected files. One was Win32:Tidserv and 3 labeled as Win32:Trojan-Gen. I was a little alarmed at the fact that it still detected some harmful files on my computer so I was wondering if you could help vanquish the last bits that are left on my computer. I sent all 4 files successfully to the chest in Avast as that was the recommended action. Here's a HJT log for you to check out:

I don't see any malware in the log.

I can't remember if I had you delete combofix quarantine folder, so if you haven't, delete this now in bold:
C:\Qoobox

If that's not it, please let me know where avast! is finding them.

Okay, great! I just deleted the folder per your request. After checking the avast! log it does indeed show that all 4 files were found in the C:\Qoobox\Quarantine folder so you were right.
