Starcraft 2 for PC

Do you know a person who has a starcraft 2 installer or a link for the installer?

I don't think there is a demo of that game from what I heard from my friends.

Yep, starcraft 2 hasn't been released yet. It was originally planned for Q4, 2008 but the blizzard website now says that

"At this point, it’s too early to provide an estimate of the release date. As with all Blizzard games, we will take as much time as needed to ensure the game is as fun, balanced, and polished as possible."

I too can't wait for the game, but one of the things I truly respect about Blizzard is they tend to postpone the release of their games to reduce the number of updates they need to release in the future.
