Its not really a graphic request but please read, i need loads of help

Hi im jose101 new to this forum. As i can see this forum is like the forum i wanted mine to be. I didnt expect it at all. I just need a few mods who helped out here to help me out. All i want doing is where you add a forum to a forum but not shown but the added forum to not be shown on the forum index.
If any of you know how thats done send me a pm. im really desprate. If this topic was unacceptable just tell me im very sorry if it is.
Also i would like to advertise my forum.
If its invalid then pm me ill give yoy the valid one.
