Backdoor.Tidserv!inf infected my computer

Hi there,

Backdoor.Tidserv!inf infected my computer. I panicked and deleted some files in my temp folder, downloaded and ran CCleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-malware, and now the scans say my computers clean but I'm not so sure and I can't use IE.

Please help. Thanks!

I tried to delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\jhsrf832jbnefe.dll and it said access denied. I couldn't find the other file mentioned. Should I continue with the instructions?

The logs here look clean, but don't put the USB stick back in this one.
