i got this trojan thats called hax backdoor e

i have tried scannin , i ave tried a syemtec program and it says its not on my computer but yet it pops up as a anit spy ware removal i cant afford to buy a program to remove it so i need to know how i can manual remove it please help me i use my come puter everyday i dj online every day so i need my computer
