trojan horse downloader.generic8.bnt and trojan horse clicker.txa

I have avg and it comes up with these infections trojan horse downloader.generic8.bnt in windows\system32\kptpalx.exe and trojan horse clicker.txa it cant heal them and even if i vault them more show up its been happening for a couple days and cant seem to remove them so heres the copy of hijackthis:

You have a few nasty infections to get rid of, so lets get started. 8)

I recommend that you print out these instructions because we will be booting into safe mode.
Please download combofix from the following location and save it to your desktop, but dont run it yet.: www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Combofix is known to break 1 in every 100 computers that it is run on. Use it at your own risk!


Please boot into safe mode, and make sure that you have no open windows or unneeded programs.

Double click on the combofix icon to start the program. Read its terms of a greement, and click "I agree" if you agree.(Not clicking that will cause the program to close)


Let it run through all of its scans, and DONT USE YOUR COMPUTER WHILE IT IS RUNNING!!!

The program may freeze and or stop responding at verious times. This is normal and you shouldnt worrie about it.

After your computer has been restarted by combofix, please download and run Cleanup! from here: http://www.stevengould.org/index.php?Itemid=69&id=15&option=com_content&task=view

Save and run it.
