Download Speeds Gradually Reducing

Hey

This is concerning the decrease in my download speed i have noticed

I use Rapidshare/Megaupload and used to get speed of 300 kB/sec

However now i am not getting speeds around 70-80 kB/sec

This is really annoying

Is it possible to deduce whether the service provider is slow or the d/L servers

All help appreciated

(however if you are Aussie i can tell you my ISP etc)

I download from both MU/RS as a free user, I find some servers on RS are slow for me, but TeliaSonera #2 seems to be at good speed for me, 300kb/sec.

Wouldn't think so. (someone correct me if i'm wrong?)

The server should be fast for anyone who uses it.
But there are a few points to consider.

When you Australia guys get up from bed, it's kinda late here, like 1-2am in the morning, which is heavy traffic time from working guys.
Your ISP has capped you.

No im not through cable

If your problem only occurs when downloading from Rapidshare or Megaupload, it has nothing to do with you. You can try downloading files from another site and see if the speed is slow.
