Doctor Inferno need help with MONITOR

Doctor, my sis just updated her graphics card and everything was successful, but then this morning, when she turned on the pc, her screen, had no inputs, nothing was detected, please help.

Story,
She updated her graphics card yesterday, and left her sims2 on overnight, but she did off her monitor, its only this morning when she turned it on, her monitor said no input, please help.

You said "updated" do you mean updated the driver for the graphics card or "upgraded" the graphics card?

The posbilites that the monitor states that there is no input may be:

• Loose DVI or RGB cable; Check that the cable is properly screwed in the respective ports. You can try to remove it and put it back.
  
  
• Loose graphics card; Open up your PC's casing make sure that the graphics card is properly placed into the PCI or AGP port. Give it a little nudge to ensure that it's tightly fitted. You can try to remove it and put it back. (remember to earth yourself by touching any metal object before touching the components inside)
  
  
• If you meant that you "upgraded" your graphics card, it may be caused by the lack of power from your power supply.
