How to Find Original Install Date of Windows OS
Finding the installation date and uptime of your computer is an easy task. There are some useful utilities and commands that one can use to know the installation date of the operating system and the PC uptime. With the help of simple command, which you need to run it from within Windows Command Prompt, you can find the answer in no time.
To find the installation date of a Windows computer, you need to open the Command Prompt.
To do this click Start Menu --> All Programs --> Accessories, right-click on Command Prompt, and open it as an administrator. In Windows 8, 8.1 and Windows 10 simply hold down the + X keys and select the option “Command Prompt (Admin)” from the menu.
