How to Edit Send To Context Menu Option In Windows
The Send To context menu in Windows lets you send files easily to drive, program, or folder. It's easy to edit that list, adding new locations and programs and taking away existing ones that you never use.
Please follow below instructions to edit Send To context menu in Windows.
1. In Windows XP, navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\username\SendTo, where username is your username.
2. In Windows Vista and later versions of Windows OS, navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo.
3. To remove an item from the Send To context menu, delete the shortcut from the folder.
4. To add an item to the menu, add a shortcut to the folder or application by highlighting a folder or application and press hold Shift key and drag the folder or application to "SendTo" folder with right mouse button, when you let go the right mouse button you will be presented with a context menu to create a shortcut to highlighted item.
The new setting takes effect immediately; you don’t have to exit Windows Explorer for it to go into effect.
